How do I order a custom pet key chain?
In the shop, you'll see the pet key chain listing. Once you have selected the option you want, add it to your basket and on checkout, you'll see an option to add your reference photos. You must upload at least one HIGH QUALITY image. You can upload up to 5 images, so if you're struggling to choose the perfect image, upload them all and i'll select what I feel is the best image for your custom key chain.
Can I order a custom piece?
Yes! I can pretty much paint on anything! If you have something specific in mind, from jackets, shoes, handbags, custom key chain designs etc, then reach out using the contact page.
Can you paint more than one pet or person on the key chains?
Absolutely! Select the 'double sided' option for one portrait on each side (2 subjects in total) when ordering or get in touch for a bespoke quote.
What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit, front-facing photos work best. High-quality images allow me to capture your pet or loved one accurately.
Do you paint all breeds and animals?
Yes! Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, birds and many other pets are all welcome. The portrait key rings can be paintings of your human loved ones too!
Are the trainers wearable?
Yes. The artwork is sealed to help protect it during normal wear. As they're hand-painted, I recommend treating them with care and avoiding harsh weather or machine washing.
Do you offer rush orders?
Sometimes, depending on availability. Please contact me before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
How long does my order take?
Current turnaround is approximately 4-8 weeks, plus delivery.
How do I care for my custom item?
Avoid soaking in water, harsh cleaning products and excessive rubbing. Store your item away from direct heat and moisture when not in use.
